Former British Junior Supersport Champion Cameron Dawson will join Gearlink Kawasaki in the Quattro Group British Supersport Championship next season, announcing his plans for the new season at Motorcycle Live.
Dawson finished runner-up in the Pirelli Junior Superstock Championship this season and is now ready for the step up to the Supersport class.
Dawson said: "I'm really pleased to have signed with Gearlink, it's a team I've always aimed to ride with and I'm feeling proper excited for 2024. I've had a chance to ride the bike at the Sunflower Race a few weeks ago and I loved it. I can't wait to get started now. I'd just like to thank Michael and Ben for the opportunity."
Team Manager Ben Wilson: "We are really glad to have Cam on board for next year, he's the perfect upcoming rider for Gearlink Kawasaki and we believe he will fit in really well with our team. He represented Gearlink at the Sunflower recently and we were really impressed with how he got on, we look forward to seeing what he can do on track next year."
