Charlie Nesbitt topped the Bennetts British Superbike Championship warm up session for MasterMac Honda Racing UK, edging out yesterday’s race winner Kyle Ryde by 0.017s.
Nesbitt and Ryde were close at the top, whilst Tommy Bridewell led the Honda Racing UK charge in third with Lee Jackson and Max Cook completing the top five.
Ryan Vickers was sixth on the times ahead of Leon Haslam and Danny Kent with Billy McConnell and Glenn Irwin completing the top ten.
Jason O'Halloran had a heavy crash in warm up that caused a red flag, the Completely Motorbikes Kawasaki rider was taken to the medical centre, but has been passed fit to ride by the BSB Medical Team ahead of race two.
