MotorSport Vision Racing (MSVR) is delighted to announce a new partnership with Alpinestars, the world-leading manufacturer of professional racing products and high-performance apparel, ahead of the landmark 30th anniversary season of the British Superbike Championship (BSB) in 2026.
Since 1963 Alpinestars has become renowned for providing premier safety gear for athletes and motorcyclists globally, putting them in pole position to join the UK’s biggest motorsport series as an official supplier and become the exclusive official motorcycle safety apparel partner of the Championship.
Alpinestars continues to be one of the most highly regarded brands in racing, featuring prominently at the top levels of global motorsport and worn by the sport’s most prominent figures, including Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris, MotoGP World Champion Marc Marquez, and reigning AMA450 Motocross Champion Jett Lawrence.
As the British Superbike Championship celebrates its 30th anniversary season in 2026, the series will feature a fresh new identity. Alpinestars will play a key role, providing the championship organisation personnel with apparel that combines style and functionality for the various operational roles.
Meanwhile on track, the BMW Safety Car drivers and BSB Safety Bike riders will be kitted in in the latest Alpinestars high performance driving and riding safety apparel.
The widely recognised Alpinestars branding will also be prevalent trackside at each of the 11 rounds of the Championship along with a retail presence giving fans the opportunity to purchase a wide range of Alpinestars products.
Chris Hillard, Head of Media and Communications for Alpinestars, said: “Since the ’90s, Alpinestars has had a consistent presence in the British Superbike Championship with an incredible roster of riders and teams using our products, and throughout that time the series has served to define many successful racing careers while also being a strong proving ground for future world champions.
“In 2026, as we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the series, we are excited to enter a new phase of Alpinestars’ support in BSB, becoming the official motorcycle safety apparel partner of the Championship, adding to our existing race support through providing team clothing to the MSVR organisation.
“We will also be bringing an Alpinestars Centre to the track, operated by our highly active UK Dealer network, where fans will be able to learn about our products and buy everything from racing apparel, including the Supertech R10 helmet and Tech-Air airbag vests, to T-shirts and baseball caps. We look forward to working with the BSB team and to seeing the fans at the track.”
British Superbike Championship Series Director Stuart Higgs commented: “I am delighted to welcome Alpinestars to the series as an official supplier and as the exclusive official motorcycle safety apparel partner, in this landmark season.
“Alpinestars is one of the most recognisable brands in global motorsport, continually striving to enhance performance, safety and development across the different two and four wheel disciplines, and I look forward to bringing this new partnership with Alpinestars to the track in 2026.”
