Scott Swann topped the opening practice timesheets at Cadwell Park this morning as he led championship leader David Allingham by 0.081secs.
Aboard his Swann Racing by SMR BMW, Swann clocked a best lap of 1min 28.698secs in a dry session which was just hit with a few spots of rain towards the end.
Ash Barnes ended the session p3 and 0.149secs adrift of Allingham with Matt Truelove fourth and Lewis Rollo fifth.
