Stacey wanting to hit back at Brands Hatch

15 July 2026

Storm Stacey was in the fight at the front at Snetterton before technical issues cut short the Bathams AJN Racing Ducati team’s charge, but together they are ready to hit back stronger at Brands Hatch as the ZYN British Superbike Championship title fight continues this weekend.

Stacey delivered impressive speed in ROKiT Oxygen Performance Qualifying, claiming a position on the front row. He was then embroiled in the battle at the front of the pack, but despite their best efforts, they left Snetterton with three DNFs, something he is keen to put right this weekend.

Stacey said: “Obviously there is not much I can say about Snetterton as it was awful; it has never been one of my best tracks, but the laps we did and the pace we had was pretty spectacular and I was the fastest ever Ducati around there, which is really cool!

“We didn’t finish the races with technical difficulties, including the bike sending me over the handlebars in the last race, but I am here and ok and ready to go this weekend! I am well rested and I am ready to go again. I want to be back fighting again this weekend as the Bathams AJN Racing Ducati is a pleasure to ride and I can’t wait to get started.

“A big thanks and love to the fans for all their support so far this season so thanks to the Storm gang - the Top Hat clan. We want three finishes this weekend; we want top ten as that would be a solid result and anything better would be even better.”
