Kyle Ryde topped the times in the second ZYN British Superbike Championship Free Practice session at Oulton Park, however the pace-setting lap was still 0.180s off the time that title rival Bradley Ray set this morning in the opening session.
Ray was second fastest on the times in Free Practice 2 with Max Cook having a strong performance in third place on the AJN Steelstock bimota with Glenn Irwin jumping up the order to fourth in the closing minutes to push Ryan Vickers back to fifth.
Storm Stacey was sixth fastest on the Bathams AJN Racing Ducati ahead of Leon Haslam with the Cheshire Mouldings Yamaha teammates locked together in eighth and ninth with Rory Skinner and Danny Kent. Charlie Nesbitt completed the top ten for TAG Racing Honda.
