The team stepped up to the British Superbike Championship in 2024 with the Aprilia RSV4 in the BSB Pathway class, with Rollo winning the class and taking a memorable podium finish at Snetterton and enter the main championship for their second season on the Sencat by Swan Racing Aprilia.
The team is run by Sencat owner Chris Barnes who has been a sponsor since 2023 with well established crew chief Pete Jennings taking on the role of Team Manager. PJ a former racer himself, has been in the crew chief role since 2003.
The Sencat team are also running Lee Johnston and Freddie Barnes on a Triumph in the Quattro Group British Supersport Championship.
Sencat Racing announced the signing of multiple race-winner Christian Iddon to the team ahead of their British Superbike Championship campaign in 2026.
The team announced a move to Yamaha for the new year at the final round of the 2025 season at Brands Hatch and now Iddon is relishing the chance to line up on the 2025 title-winning R1. Iddon is now eagerly looking ahead to the 2026 season as he aims to add to his five race wins in the series and a best result of third place in the overall standings in 2020.
