04 August 2024

Filip Surowiak celebrated the race two victory in the R&G British Talent Cup at the Monster Energy British Grand Prix at Silverstone. The Road to MotoGP contenders again embroiled in an incredible tussle for the final win of the weekend.

At the start, Ryan Frost initially took the lead ahead of Amanuel Brown and Julian Correa, but the fight for the podium positions went all the way to the chequered flag with the pack continuing to shuffle before Surowiak took the advantage on the final lap.

Surowiak held off Brinton to the line by 0.246s ahead of Brinton who had managed to ease Brown back into third place, with Frost and Correa completing the top five. Brown holds a 25 point lead over Brinton ahead of Thruxton next weekend.
