Alex Olsen progressed from club level, through to National and British Championship competition, battling for victory in the National Superstock 600 and National Superstock 1000 classes.

After becoming a title contender in the Superstock class, he later made his Bennetts BSB debut with the Smiths BMW team in 2020.

After a very solid start to the Alex’s rookie campaign in 2020 he showed promise and all round consistent speed from the get go, but a big crash at Silverstone ended his season and he had a long recovery period. Olsen took time to recover and then returned in 2021 in the Superstock class, where he was again a podium finisher before debuting in the BSB Pathway class in the final two rounds of 2023 ahead of a full-time campaign this year.
